Kind Words
I had significant diastasis recti postpartum and had worked with another physical therapist and assistant before, but it wasn’t until I started working with Daria that I saw real progress. She helped me get organized and set up a clear, consistent home program that finally felt manageable and effective.
Daria took the time to evaluate what I actually needed and adjusted my exercises so they were appropriate for me. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or unsure about what to do at home, I left each session with a plan I could stick to. That structure made a huge difference in my progress.
She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and supportive. I appreciate the guidance she provided and would absolutely recommend her to anyone dealing with postpartum recovery or diastasis recti.

I came to Daria for help with cervical prolapse and quickly discovered I was also dealing with bladder prolapse. Before starting treatment, I was waking up to use the bathroom about seven times a night, which severely disrupted my sleep and took a toll on my overall well-being.
Within just two weeks of working with Daria, the improvement was incredible. I was able to hold my bladder through the night—sleeping up to eight hours without interruption. This change alone was truly transformational. My sleep quality improved dramatically, and I could feel a significant reduction in stress on my body. In addition, I had a C-section scar that often caused a pulling, painful sensation in my abdomen. Daria provided a cesarean scar massage that helped break up the scar tissue and significantly relieved that discomfort. It made a noticeable difference in how my body felt.
Daria is knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly dedicated to her patients’ progress. I’m so grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her to anyone dealing with similar issues.

I was referred to physical therapy after an appointment with my gynecologist where I could not let her do the Pap smear, having only done one previously and remembering how painful and intensely uncomfortable it was. Thanks to Daria, I was able to go have my Pap smear recently with minimal discomfort. I still am kind of shocked at how smoothly it went, especially compared to my previous experience. It went from something I dreaded and regularly got anxious about, to something that was almost unbelievably easy.
Daria helped me understand and address my pelvic floor disfunction over a period of months, helping me manage pain and discomfort of vaginal penetration. We established goals together, both long and short term.
From our first session, Daria established a sense of trust and safety. The process of care evolved according to my comfort level, starting with breathing exercises and working towards physical exercises. At each session she would remind me that I was in control and that we could go at my pace.
I am so grateful to Daria for the time and compassion she gave me, as well as the sense of agency I now feel with regards to my body! I genuinely can’t put into words how important and affirming this experience was for me.

Working with Daria in pregnancy has been such a positive and reassuring experience. From the very beginning, she brings a level of warmth and compassion that immediately puts you at ease. Pelvic floor therapy can feel vulnerable, but she has a way of making the entire process feel safe, respectful, and completely comfortable.
She's incredibly passionate about what she does, and it shows in how attentive, thoughtful, and supportive she is during every session. I always feel heard and cared for, never rushed or dismissed. Her approach is both professional and genuinely kind, which makes a huge difference in building trust.
I’m so grateful to have found her and would highly recommend her!

When I was younger, I didn’t really care about physical therapy, nor did I think that was for me. However, after having my second kid, toughing it up wasn’t much of a choice, I needed to address my pelvic floor issues ASAP. Daria did exactly that for me. I wasn’t just another number on her patient chart; I was actually a person she was passionate on making feel better and helping me restore my normal life without having to deal with the annoying issues of postpartum pelvic floor disruption.
Prior to Daria, I felt like I had some pieces of the “how to solve the postpartum pelvic floor issues” puzzle, but with no real impact or improvement. It was Daria who was able to help me put the puzzle together. She set a strong foundation with basics and teaching me how the pelvic floor works, explaining what was happening to my pelvic floor and guiding me on how to FIX It, one session at a time! I was motivated to continue my sessions and do my homework at home because I was feeling a different and I was improving.
I will forever be thankful to Daria for helping me feel like I don’t have to settle for the pains and aches and pelvic floor issues postpartum brings, and even as a mom of two, I deserve and CAN have a DivineVagine too! Daria is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. She will smash your pelvic floor issues and help you feel normal again. Thank you Daria!!
